Align Your Inner C-Suite™ VIP Day
A one-day strategic intensive. You leave with a finished operating system, not a to-do list.
Before we ever meet, you complete an in-depth C-Suite Intake and I review your brand exactly as it stands today, your website, your LinkedIn, your current offers, against where you say you want to go. From that, I build you a custom library of the documents every business needs to run well: your revenue model, ideal client profile, value proposition, signature framework, lead generation plan, outreach approach, systems map, and a 90-day action plan. We spend the VIP Day together finalizing all of it. You walk out with crystal clarity on exactly what you are building, who it is for, and how to lead yourself forward, in writing, ready to use. And for the first time, it all feels calm.
Brand Crystallization Retreat
A two-day brand intensive. Everything in the VIP Day, plus a deep immersion in your life's work.
This one goes deeper than strategy. Before the retreat, I set up your Box of Brilliance, a private cloud space where you share the full body of your work with me. Your books, podcasts, and speeches. Your articles, journal entries, even photos. The formal and the personal. Then I immerse myself in all of it, listening for the through-line you are too close to see.
